How do I get in contact with you?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to over 300 suburbs all over Melbourne. Monday through to Saturday!

Do you offer Corporate Bulk Orders?
We sure do! Please email our team at info@hellosweets.com.au for a custom quote.
Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?
No, we can leave your delivery safely at the front door. However, please be mindful if it is an apartment or gated property we will need extra details about what to do it no one is home. If we do need to redeliver, a charge of $20 applies.
Are your doughnuts vegan?
Our delicious Apple Pie doughnuts are vegan, you can find them here.
When do I have to order?
You can pre-order for any future date. Order before 3pm for next day delivery.
Do your doughnuts contain nuts?
Yes, we cannot gaurantee that your delivery will not contain traces of nuts.
If the receiver has a nut allergy we do not advise sending one of our treat boxes.

What days do you deliver?
We are delivering Monday right through to Saturday, except Public Holidays.
What time are your deliveries?
Delivery times are adjusted to the most efficent delivery route for each day. All deliveries are completed by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential addresses. We also have an option to pay a lil' extra to gaurantee delivery by 1pm.
Can I request delivery at a specific time?
Whilst we will try or best to accomodate special requests for delivery times, we are not able to guarantee an exact time frame. For extra $8 we can make your order a priority and arrange delivery before 1pm.
